Thomas R. Wagner, a beloved husband and dedicated father, passed away on September 14, 2026. He was the loving partner to his wife of 55 years, Nancy, and an adoring father to his daughter, Sienna. Thom was well-known in the sailing community as the owner of Passport Yachts, opened in 1981 and located in Annapolis, Maryland. His passion for sailing and commitment to excellence made Passport Yachts a recognized name in the industry, specializing in the design, build, import, and sale of the prestigious Passport sailing yachts. With Thom at the helm, the company thrived, reflecting his unwavering dedication to excellence in design and function.

Thom’s legacy extends beyond his professional achievements; he was a man of multitudes, who left an indelible mark on all who were in his orbit. A husband, father, brother, uncle, passionate entrepreneur, mentor, tinkerer, sailor, and car enthusiast, with a penchant for dry witticisms and soft spoken wisdom. But his most lasting impression will be of a man who was the calm in the storm, with a quiet strength that both created a safe space for all and was a force to be reckoned with when needed.

His memories continue on thanks to countless adventures with Nancy, Sienna, their extended family, and the large group of friends who became family. In this time of sorrow, the family welcomes friends and loved ones to celebrate Thom’s life and the joy he brought into the world. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the love he spread, the communities he built, and the legacy he leaves.

Rest in peace, Thom. Your legacy will sail on in our hearts.
