More than 1,500 exhibitors, 15 halls, boats of every size, and nine days of boating and water-sports action.

If boats, sailing, diving, surfing, or dreaming about your next escape on the water are your thing, mark your calendar. From January 23–31, 2027, boot Düsseldorf returns to Germany, bringing together more than 1,500 manufacturers, retailers, and destinations from nearly 70 countries. With more than 1,000 boats and yachts expected, this is one of the biggest gatherings in the international boating world.

And this isn’t just a boat show. It’s the world’s largest yacht and water-sports trade fair, attracting more than 200,000 visitors from over 100 countries. Düsseldorf is where the boating industry comes together to show its latest products, make deals, and look at what’s ahead.

Boats, Yachts, and a New Hall Layout

Construction work means a slightly different hall layout this year, but the show goes on. RIBs and tenders move into Hall 17, kicking off the Motorboat Walk before visitors continue through Halls 1, 3, and 4. Superboats take over Hall 5, superyachts occupy Hall 6, and brokers and designers set up in Hall 7a.

Sailors can head for Halls 15 and 16, while Hall 14 features charter vacations, marinas, houseboats, and destinations worth adding to your cruising plans.

Diving, Surfing, and Paddling

The diving crowd gets a fully booked Hall 13, packed with leading equipment manufacturers, retailers, dive destinations, demonstrations, and presentations for divers of every experience level.

Surfing and paddling move to Hall 12, where the pool stretches an impressive 65 meters. Add a new skimboard course, the Surf Academy, a revamped canoe channel, climbing attractions, international competitions, and plenty of hands-on activities, and there’s plenty to keep water-sports fans busy.

Halls 10 and 11 cover the practical stuff, including engines, marine technology, equipment, accessories, clothing, and refit ideas. Because even dream boats need parts, upgrades, and a little tinkering.

Sailing, Technology, and Ocean Conservation

Boot Düsseldorf also puts the spotlight on sailing adventures, international regattas, cruising, and the people who make life on the water worth living. The Sailing Centre hosts presentations from well-known sailors, while Hall 10’s blue innovation dock brings together industry leaders, investors, and policymakers to discuss the future of boating technology.

Marine conservation gets its share of attention through the ocean tribute Award, which recognizes projects working to protect our oceans.
